Overnight oates are really easy to prepare. And there are endless amounts of combinations. Here is one of them …

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 80 grams organic rolled oats

  • 100 ml almond milk (alternatively use other milk)

  • 4 tablespoons of blueberries (I use frozen ones, when they are not in season)

  • 1 baby banana

  • 100 g of organic plain yoghurt

  • 2 tablespoons granola (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons of coconut chips (unsweetened)

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa nibs

  • 2 small WECK jars (or an alternativ)

Method

  1. Start combing 40 grams rolled Oates and 50 ml almond milk per jar and leave it overnight in the fridge to soak.

  2. Once the mixture is soaked add 2 tablespoons of berries.

  3. In a small bowl mashed the baby banana and mix in the yoghurt. Add in equal measure to the jars.

  4. Then add granola, coconut chips and cocoa nibs for extra crunch! Enjoy.

There are many ways you can mix and match fruits and toppings to your overnight oates.
