This drink is the perfect breakfast companion. And it is vegan!

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 250 ml oatmilk (chilled)

  • 75g mixed fresh or frozen berries (e. g. blueberries, raspberries or strawberries)

  • 20g oats

  • 1 small banana

  • agave or rice sirup to taste

Method

  1. Wash the berries (when they fresh) and cut the tips off. Or use frozen berries as an alternative.

  2. Peel the banana and cut into small pieces.

  3. Put all the fruits in large beaker. Add all the other ingredients and blend them with good quality blender until
    you have a smooth consistency.

  4. Serve cool and enjoy.
