This drink is the perfect breakfast companion. And it is vegan!

Ingredients

  • 250 ml apple juice (chilled)

  • 75g mixed fresh or frozen berries (e. g. raspberries or strawberries) 

Method

  1. Wash the berries (when they fresh) and cut the tips off. Or use frozen berries as an alternative.

  2. Put all the fruits in large beaker. Add the juice and blend with good quality blender until you have a smooth consistency.

  3. Serve cool and enjoy.
